Many practices and medical billers have seen that flu shot CPT code 90658 is no longer being paid. Claims are being rejected. "Why am I not getting paid for Flu Shots from  Medicare?" There are now five separate HCPCS codes that must be used to appropriately bill Medicare. To receive reimbursement these codes must be used in your medical billing.

The New Medicare Flu Vaccine Codes:
